Assist with any requests. The room was clean and quiet. I appreciated the neighborhood vibe rather than a commercial district. I would have loved to see more dining options within the hotel.

I've been there before and choose the hotel just because of its location. It is located in the west of Calgary, direction Banff, directly at the Olympia Park, approx. 15 km from the airport.

The hotel is simple but offers what you need.

The hotel is clean with nice breakfasts and fine staff. The location is great and perfect, 2 km from a 30 - hectare urban park. It's in a new building in the fairly nice area. We would happily return, if travelling to Calgary.

The hot tub jets were off for maintenance. Upgrading the outdated shower and furniture would make a huge difference!!! Pool area needs serious cleaning. Broken tiles don't inspire relaxation!!!

The breakfast is excellent, especially the buffet.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had a nice balcony. We enjoyed the warm breakfast buffet with plenty of options. Location was great, easy access to local attractions and fast food. The indoor pool was fun for the kids. A solid stay!

Very capable and friendly front desk staff. Access to amenities. Toiletries in room and comfort of bed.

Bed was not made up one day, not vacuumed same day. We were discounted 25.00 from our bill to compensate. Thank you.

Nice Hotel with nice view of the olympic park.

I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious room with its comfortable king bed. The warm and inviting decor throughout the hotel, including cozy lounge areas. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Improve breakfast service timing for quicker access.

Had GOOD experience, the room I stayed in was well-appointed with new furniture, the tub and shower. The breakfast was enjoyable and offered a lot of options.

The room definitely needed an upgrade. It felt tacky, with worn-out furnishings and bathroom fixtures that were in dire need of a good scrubbing. I encountered issues with cleanliness, from stains on the bed skirt to dirt on the bathroom walls. Complaints about the room phone went unaddressed, despite reminders, and there were also questionable hygiene issues in the pool area with visible debris and stains.

The location, easy to get on highway to go places. Pool was wonderful!

We originally reserved a room facing the "Olympic Park" but once we checked-in we noticed a busy road between the hotel and the park. So, we decided to change rooms to face the parking lot instead. Thank goodness we did because traffic including huge transports were using that road early in the morning. I'm sure the rooms facing the Olympic Park was woken up early morning with traffic. Oh and it does not give you a good sense when the hotel leaves you "ear plugs" in the washroom.
